Competitive Play

We've all done a tournament or two. But it's always been centred around bayonet 5v5, regimental 1v1 line battles in general etc.

But has anyone ever thought of any other ways of competitive play?

Such as a 5v5 match consisting of different set classes on specialised maps that is dependent on team work?

Just a question. Any more bright ideas on how to make this game a little more competitive? Amaze me. Ideas plz.

Jousting, properly with a fence separating the combatants and so forth.
In theory we could do huge player numbers far over 500 players per server...  As such we will surely keep our promise to deliver you the 500 players per server.

We will probably go (far) over it, but that's for later.

I always thought something like a olympic play.
Like 1v1 melee bayo and then 2v2 bayo melee and then shooting range with canon and then cav or sth. but prob with that is the much organisize and time.
