I think its not a big deal to spend an afternoon as a referee for the NW community when ppl play tournament nearly every week

It is a BIG deal because you literally decide to give up on your own free time to make sure the competition runs as smoothly as possible and it MUST be valued for what it is, an act of common good very few people will ever bother doing
