Allright I want to try modding but please dont get mad on me i never done it before so sorry if im dumb D: . Well I want to get a Imperial japanese soldier ingame like on this picture :

That's going to be hard, You do realise you have to model and texture the unit too right? If you don't even have a single clue how to, check out these links:

I doubt that anyone is going to help you for free, It takes a lot of time to create such a thing. So you will probally end up doing it yourself.
