Ehh depends i guess. 44e was the first regiment i ever created and lead but i needed to have some time serving in a more established regiment to learn and be apart of a larger group. Also two regiments merging on the right terms can make one much better community/regiment. And in this case it did. My time in the 12e/7NA was awesome and i wouldn't change it. Had some really great times with those guys and still have a good relationship with many of them today.
