I actually just remembered one of mine: muddy/weedy lake or river bottoms. I cannot swim or wade in them, I just have this irrational fear of a corpse lurking below the water...

You'll probably hate to hear that when I was in freshman year of high school I had some dumb friends who took the plastic ring off of a Gatorade bottle and flipped it inside out, cutting the other person's wrists and arms with it out of boredom. I was just on looking, but fuck I can't take that shit. My pain threshold is very low.
