Welcome to the Wednesday event of the 2. Leib Regiment


General Rules
No trolling, no spamming, no cheating etc.
No climbing
There will be two rounds each event
The word of the admins is final (Discussions may take place after the event)
If your attendance is seven or below you may not spawn with a flag
Specialists will be limited to one unit per team and include the following: artillery (consisting of two cannons or one cannon and a howitzer), cavalry, light infantry and rifles
Spawn Camping is forbidden (However raiding the arty position is allowed as long as you retreat back to your half after the raid)
Officer aims will be slain unless class specific rules state otherwise

Flag Spawn Rules
Line, Lights and Rifles will spawn with a flag
Each team has a certain amount of tickets used for respawning
Upon reaching 0 tickets there will be no more respawns
A flag is worth 20 tickets
You respawn at your units flag when at least 3 allies are in a 10m radius of it. Enemies in this area prevent you from spawning
The respawn timer will be 30s
Cav will only be able to pick up flags when dismounted and only respawn when they return to spawn
Artillery will always spawn at a fixed points
A flag can be captured by picking it up and holding it for 60s
Burning ammo for artillery will be enabled (Behaves like a howitzer. Good for area denial etc.)


The linebattle will have the following scripts:


Flagspawn - every line, light and rifle unit will have their own flag (they carry it with them) at which they will spawn, once they died
Explosive rounds for artillery (shots that form a small fireball upon hitting)


Special rules for some classes

[Line Infantry] No unit cap.
[Line Infantry] May not fire in charge.
[Line Infantry] May not reload in charge.
[Line Infantry] Must stay in formation the entire time.
[Line Infantry] Has to join another unit, when there are less than 3 men.
[Line Infantry] Every spawn costs 1 ticket.
[Line Infantry] May pick up flags.
[Line Infantry] Will spawn with a flag.
[Line Infantry] May only use muskets.
[Line Infantry] May not officer aim.
[Light Infantry] Maximum of 12.
[Light Infantry] May have two person gaps and may crouch.
[Light Infantry] May not fire in charge.
[Light Infantry] May not reload in charge.
[Light Infantry] Is not allowed to spread out and fire alone, must be in line when shooting.
[Light Infantry] No shooting out of formation. (Needs to shoot in line).
[Light Infantry] May not 'officer aim'.
[Light Infantry] Every spawn costs 2 tickets.
[Light Infantry] May pick up flags.
[Light Infantry] Will spawn with flags.
[Light Infantry]
[Cavalry] Maximum of 12
[Cavalry] Dragoons and officers are allowed to fire from horseback (when standing in formation).
[Cavalry] Dismounted cavalry (if enough to form a unit) must follow the rules of the Line Infantry.
[Cavalry] May not ‘officer aim’.
[Cavalry] Officers may not shoot with their pistol when their unit is charging.
[Cavalry] Every spawn costs 3 tickets
[Cavalry] May only pick up flags whilst dismounted
[Cavalry] Will not spawn with flags
[Cavalry] When three or less they must return to spawn at the next opportunity to respawn
[Riflemen] Maximum of 12
[Riflemen] May not spawn with or loot bayoneted weapons.
[Riflemen] May fire in charge (except in 'allcharge').
[Riflemen] May have 5 men spacing in their formation.
[Riflemen] May crouch.
[Riflemen] If they are less than 3 men, they'll have to join the artillery, but they'll keep their special rules.
[Riflemen] Every spawn costs 3 tickets
[Riflemen] May pick up flags
[Riflemen] Will spawn with flags
[Riflemen] May Fire in Charge, but not Reload in Charge
[Riflemen] May officer aim
[Artillery] No unit cap, but only one officer per canon + one supervising officer
[Artillery] May bring one (1) sapper. May only place 1 earthwork per cannon. May only place 1 set of sandbags per canon.
[Artillery] Sappers are not allowed to use bugs and to explode crates.
[Artillery] Is allowed to exchange one of their cannons with a howitzer.
[Artillery] May not intentionally ‘officer aim’.
[Artillery] If you are moving away from the artillery position, you need to form a line and follow the rules of Line Infantry.
[Artillery] Artillery-officers are not protected from officer aim.
[Artillery] Every spawn costs 4 tickets
[Artillery] May pick up flags
[Artillery] Will not spawn with flags
[Artillery] Will however always respawn at spawn and may move to their unit alone
[Artillery] Anti Cav buildings are to not be abusive
[Artillery Guard] "Arty Guards" need to select the "Artillery Guard" unit to benefit from the following rules.
[Artillery Guard] Artillery-guard is not allowed to ‘officer aim’.
[Artillery Guard] May Fire in Charge (FiC) but may not Reload in Charge(RiC) unless they are taking cover in their "defence facility".
[Artillery Guard] The defence facility is the Anti-cavalry square and it is not allowed to incorporate the entire artillery position.
[Artillery Guard] Must follow the rules of Light Infantry near the cannon, when not standing in their defence facility.
[Artillery Guard] When not firing, no formation is required.
[Artillery Guard] If Arty Guards leave their artillery position, they must follow the rules for line infantry.

Welcome to the Tuesday event of the 2. Leibregiment


General Rules
Rulebraking will be punished with slays/kicks/bans (no warning).
[‘Officer aim’ means shooting officers].
No hostility/offending with/against the administration.
Names and clantags that directly or indirectly refer to National Socialism are prohibited. Offensive names must be changed immediately upon request by the admin.
Every officer is responsible for his own men.
Officers are not allowed to fire in charge.
Officers are not allowed to leave their unit (15 men spacing max).
Make sure you have read the rules carefully and have passed them on to your men.
One contact needs to stay on our teamspeak during the event takes place.
Only officers are allowed to use the global chat ('All-Chat').
We want you to use the chat only for necessary stuff (The need is at the discretion of the administration).
No discussion about the interpretation of the rules during the event. Officers can talk to us after the event.
No spam/flame at the event.
If you have less than 3 men, you have to join another unit but you still have to follow your class rules.
No ramboing (No one is allowed to attack a unit on his own, you need to attack as a unit [3+ men]).
Only riflemen are allowed to pick up rifles.
Every signed up/registered unit can spawn with two medics (=sergeants/ensigns/flag bearer/...).
Artillery may not spawn ensigns (the sappers have the scalpel).
Only two officers are allowed for each unit (except artillery).
Only choose ingame classes suitable for the registered/signed up class.
(For example, do not choose guards ingame, if you signed up as line).
There are either riflemen or Light Infantry on each side. You have to choose which class you are playing. Only one spot for both classes per side.
No ‘officer aim’! (You are not allowed to aim or shoot at officers). If the officers are fighting with any weapon (as well shooting with their pistol) they are not longer protected and can be killed by shooting.
If the administration orders an ‘allcharge’, no one is allowed to shoot. Counteractions will be punished.
The OA rule also applies to a cavalry officer's mount, should a cavalry officer's horse be shot during the linebattle, he may request a slay+revive to respawn mounted.

We meet at 17:30 UTC (18:30 British Time; 19:30 UTC+2; 19:30 German Time) on our teamspeak. You will always be asked if you have read the rules and also passed them on to your men. Missing the meeting does not exempt you from confirming the rules. You automatically do it by attending the event. Rulebreakings may be punished without warnings and regiments might gather strikes which might lead to a ban from the event, if you gather too many. The event starts exactly at 18:15 UTC (20:15 UTC+2; 20:15 German Time; 19:15 UTC+1/British Time). If you or your men come too late you might miss the first round.

5vs5 - Cavalry Tournament by 2Lr



The 2. Leib-Regiment is proud to announce
that we are going to host a 5v5 tournament in which everyone is welcome to participate.
We sadly realized that the very popular 5v5 tournaments
from the Cavalry_Groupfighting Server will no longer be continued.
We want to take up this chance to contribute to the Cavalry community
and want to continue the once so glorious 5v5 tournaments in the community.



Latest Deadline for Sign-Up

28th October, 2018 - Sunday



- Tournament Procedure -

Tournament begins after deadline. Teams will be split in two groups.
The best two teams of each group will advance into the next stage.
If two teams have the same amount of wins the team with more rounds won will advance.
If both teams have the same amount of rounds won the team which won the match will advance into the next stage.
The best team of group one will face the second best of group 2 and the same way around in the next round.
The winning teams will advance to the final match, the losing teams play for the 3rd place.





- Rules -

Rules (Can be edited!)
§1 You have to choose one of the following classes: Hussars, Cuirassiers or Dragoons.
§2 Matches will be played first to 7.
§3 Every round will last 7 minutes.
§4 Admins will punish delaying with slays.
§5 You can spawn only 5 players each round.
§6 Referees are to be obeyed at every stage of the game.
§7 Spectators are allowed unless one team captain asks to play without.
§8 You will not be able to change your class after the tournament started.
§9 A player can play in only one team. You can list 9 players per team.
§10 You have to play one match per week, your opponent is defined in the "challonge" table.
§11 If you can't schedule your match, tell the admins, they will schedule it for you.
§12 Team leaders have to post their match with a ref in the thread.
§13 When one team fails to attend their match, the opposing team is granted a 7-0 victory.
§14 You have to stick to the name, you signed up with.
§15 If one team fails to bring 5 men they are allowed to play with less.
§16 The round will start automatically. If you need a few seconds just tell the admin.
§17 If there is cavalry left against infantry the cavalry has to be aggressive to avoid delays.
§18 If the time runs out the team with more living players wins this round.
§19 No shooting, no trolling or t-bagging, no insulting, wall-/ stonehugging or glitching.
§20 One officer is allowed per team; musicians and sergeants are not allowed.
§21 The match can be delayed for five minutes if one team brings less than five people
and the opponent team captain agrees on waiting.

Welcome to the Friday event of the 2. Leibregiment
We are the only linebattle in ‘Napoleonic Wars’ using and offering different scripts to increase the tactical depth and the atmosphere. For these scripts no mod is needed.


General Rules
