He shot someone, and then left. Although this guy doesn't usually troll, it isn't acceptable, and if it was an accident, he could have apologised. Altough if you could check this isn't someone just using his name to troll.

Reason - They were shooting, teamkilling and generally being a troll when now admin was around. The screenshot was taken by DJ and only has one example, but you can check the logs and they will show more of what he did.

I want to be admin of the Melee Groupfighting Server because I believe I can be a mature and responsible admin of the server. I have been on the server when there is no admin present and people have been trolling, which I could of course do nothing about but politely ask them to stop, which was to no avail. I wish to, when other admins aren't on, provide an enjoyable experience for people who are wishing to train on the server.
I was admin of the 4e Siege Server which at peak times occupied close to 200 players, and I would also be an admin during the trainings and some linebattles.
