when one regiment can't find a partner on their own you can do it like NWWC, just apply and the leaders can search for a alliance with the other applicants.

Do you want to include any rules for partner, so there isn't an op combo, or not?

in NWBC it was alowed to have only 1 "comp" regiment in alliance, idk if that's an good idea for that

Unsure bout that. Where do you draw the line between comp and non-comp? Is 2Lr a comp reg as they partook in GLBT? Is Nr13 a casual reg cause they play a lot of LBs?
It is a competition. And if 15thYR and 96y decide to play together... let them have it. Maybe you can just destroy them by picking a partner regiment that you know well enough to actually work together with. I didn't like the idea of limiting teams in NWBC either really.

And about the regiment without partner thing: I guess Kincaid will include something like in NWBC again, where you can just announce that you're looking for a partner reg and he'll display it on the post

Have a pool of stable regiments who can guarantee bring the min number of people. You can then maybe do a randomised draw for the teams?
