It works extremely easy, you post a picture of your ship. The time period if you know it. And why you love it!

Ill start :).

The  Nuestra Senora de la Santisima Trinidad

Time period: Early 19th century (Got destroyed during the Napoleonic Wars)

Why? This ship was the biggest ship of it's time. Well, biggest? I am not sure, but it had the biggest amount of cannons ;). The ship is beautiful and the name just fits to a ship this big :)

The British HMS Pickle, 8 gun schooner. Purchased in 1800, and wrecked in 1808.

Why? It delivered the news of Nelson's victory and death at Trafalgar to London, had an awesome name, and schooners are just amazing.

The Yamamoto

Worlds largest and strongest Battleship. Problem with it was that Carriers were invented. It was vulnerable to Aircraft carriers, just like any other battleship.

The danish ironclad Rolf Krake. The first ship in Europe with gun-torrets. Even though it didn't get into much fighting, it still played a major role at the Battle of Als in the Second Schleswig War, although mainly to frigthen those pesky Prussians  :P

My favorite ship is the Imperial I-class Star Destroyer.

First introduced in the year 22 BBY, the Imperial I-class Star Destroyer has lived through many eras notably the Rise of the Empire as well as the Rebellion era and beyond.
