The 10th (North Lincoln) Regiment of Foot is founded and lead by Major Dodge, who has two years of experience not only as a ranker but as an officer. The members who make up this regiment are important and equal to each other as we have stuck close with each other like brothers making our regiment a growing brotherhood of new and old players of Napoleonic wars. We practice our melee on a daily basis on groupfighting servers, and if we are not found there we play other games because this allows for each member to get along with each other and work together. It is my firm belief that the key to a successful regiment is for the members to know how to work together. Everyone in the regiment strives to make the regiment not only successful but behave as a disciplined soldier during linebattles. My thing is we created the 9th to keep the legacy of the 29th. William always did everything for the regiment and it somehow changed to him caring about himself more than anything. The rank Ltcol to the rank major really have 0 difference...Its a rank...He was promoted faster than me and i never left the 29th. It's all a matter on how you see yourself or this game... He always had the goal to make the 9th get to 100 people and now his goal is to be some leader? I just can't agree with that logic.His reason for leadership had his own reasons, which if it matters so much then it would be best you ask him.

Many 9th members and 9th ex-members have been left in the dark and they deserve an explanation.
Although I do not fully agree with William's decision in leaving the 9th, I do have empathy for him as well as have a pretty good understanding about what he was going through. I can't defend him, but I can "put myself in his shoes."
3. It is pretty obvious and inherit that when one of the largest regiments in the NA community falls apart out of nowhere, it isn't regarded as 'insignificant.' Something as sudden and unexpected like this tends to have repercussions that affect various parts of the community as well as the people. No matter how 'insignificant' you think it is.
4. It is extremely obvious what regiment I am currently in, the same regiment I have been in for the past 6 months, the 40th. My in-game 40th tags are my 'nick' these forums after all, I also invited for you guys very recently, so I honestly don't understand how you could not know what regiment I'm in.
5. Arrogance and incompetence is a choice, any regiment leader who shuts himself and his members away from the rest of the community and ignores what the rest of the community is up to, would be better off not running a regiment of all. (Knowing what is going on the community is a good thing, you don't have to get fully involved but just knowing what is happening is important)i think u all are acting like rational people whne u are all 15 and care about an internet game more than girls
