I looked at two perspectives of the battle and one didn't actually show the incident while the other did. It is clear now that OA did not occur. However, Russian and the people on his left would not have known that. Why? Because Wiki ran up to the right of Russian, putting him in a great position to be freely shot by the 4th. And get shot, he did. I saw Wiki do this on multiple occasions, unfortunately. The LG will need to get that sorted out with him.

A further statement about the complaint will be made later today. I will also remind people to take care with what they post on these forums. It is against the rules to post private chat logs in whole or in part.

im pretty sure the old ruleset was the same. If the officer is in front/back/middle of the line he has always been an actual target
