It was Karth but when the league was announced he said start preparing your rosters then. That was quite awhile ago sooo

Karth was not in a position to be making statements at the time.

The rules clearly state a roster is required to participate at all, so people know rosters need to be submitted. There were a couple that didn't due to technical issues, but most regiments have submitted their rosters. That is being sorted out and I'm happy to say there is only 1 roster conflict left to resolve out of the 7 that cropped up early on.
