Technically speaking, yes, since the language in the rules do not specifically say that they can't. However, I don't believe the intent was to allow that, so we might need to add something to protect the person at the front of the line all the time while it's moving. While stationary, that ranker is fair game.

I would like to ask about what some may call an issue.  While a line is moving should there be a set amount of spaces that each person in a line can be?  The reason I ask is because this was an issue that was resolved on the EU side however on our side I've witnessed several regiments have extreme spaces in a line.  I am not looking to start a argument just wanted to ask how people felt about it?

      23.1: While moving, as a general guideline, regiments may not have more than 3 man spacing. Refs should use discretion to allow for regiments recovering their spacing after quick maneuvers.

Hmm, I'm kind of bummed officers can't shoot their pistol in the charge anymore. That was a really fun part of linebattles and there's no purpose to keeping a pistol now

Rule 25 states:

25. Firing out of stationary line formation (FoL) is not allowed. This includes firing on the charge (FoC).

      25.1: The exception to this rule is that officers may fire their pistol out of line and reload it as long as their line is not charging or engaged in melee. However, officers may not move farther ahead than their line to fire their pistol. They may not fire a musket while on the charge, either.

Apologies I think the wording is confusing. Officers can still fire on the charge, but not reload it on the charge. I will fix it:

WIP League Structure

Many things have happened in the past week to destabilize the predicted placings. Here is what we have currently:

League 1: 30th, 32e, 4th, 41st Welch, 57th, AEF, LG

League 2:  1teLB, 41st Invalids, 4e, 50thWK, 70th, LIR, Sil, USMC

Expect the composition of these leagues to change before the start of the Season.

 Anythough USMC got meme by 57th I would still put them in league 1. Most of their line is league 2 melee but league 1 shooting.
