But thanks Waste for not being biased towards me like everyone else regardless of our bumpy past. Most people wont put personal shit aside on FSE and they carry a grudge to every thread for the rest of their life.

By who? That's the system that was used last year because it's what the regiments suggested and it's what we're likely to use again this year.

By who? That's the system that was used last year because it's what the regiments suggested and it's what we're likely to use again this year.

Weren't people arguing for the 2nd league to be the less skilled league? Not sure how a match between the two would go. And also my idea was to have pick nights along with it, that's probably what was disliked.

My bad I didn't see the text at the bottom that said "Maybe the winners from each league playoff play each other for the title of best NA?"  Yeah I don't know if people want to do that. Hell, I don't know if they want to do the playoff system again. That was just keep the competition rolling after the leagues completed because the regs wanted more. It wouldn't have happened otherwise. We'll have to check if that's still something that is requested by the majority.

45e doesn't want a play off ending. Mainly the reasoning was we don't see the point. If a regiment is at the top of the leaderboards for the league once all matches are said and done we don't agree with then doing a playoff to see who really wins. Basically, the way we see it is if that's the case you've already won. As a suggestion to sort the issue out maybe another poll after this one ends? Again this is just our opinion. Regardless of how it's chosen we will still compete

I prefer some sort of play offs or final match so that a regiment doesn't get screwed by one bad day earlier in the season.

I think the playoff system is an amazing idea.  It's fun and adds a whole extra level of competition.  On top of that, the regiment who is truly the strongest gets to win.  For instance...

If we didn't do playoffs last season, the 63e would have been declared champions, while in the end, they showed their great number of flaws and succumbed to the 3eVolt 9-1 in the finals, allowing the 3eVolt, the true best regiment in NA at the time to be declared the real champions.  Do we really want a champion who others in the tournament can beat with somewhat ease?  I think not.

Not to mention the 3eVolt smashed us (arguably the second best in NA at the time) 7-3 in the semifinals, I'm sure you remember, I think you were at that match playing for us.  The 3eVolt earned their championship big time, but if there hadn't been the playoffs they wouldn't have been champions at all.

If I recall correctly, it was first suggested by Becker from the 54th, who described it in terms of traditional sports. I'd have to listen to the recording again to check, but it doesn't really matter at this point. Many people contributed to it.
