I updated the OP earlier with the info, but I forgot to make the post here. The majority of the mod applications have been processed, but there are still a couple more that need to be reviewed, so that list is still incomplete. Batch 1 of the referee applications have also been processed and those are available under the Referee spoiler in the OP. Batch 2 of referees will be posted next week once I've had more time to review their information with them. The people approved are the following.

I have also added a section called "Staff Reformation" below the rules section to describe the ammendments to staff organization. Some people will now have more opportunity to contribute in ways other than just refereeing or providing their opinion.
