   Now, to get on to what my regiment is like.

   Hello! I am Eireman. I have had previous years of experience leading regiments and being NCOs and COs in several others. This regiment is going to start out as a Skirmisher regiment. So far we have around 8-10 people and most of them are veterans at that. I dont know how to properly Introduce regiments so ill do it the way i think would be best? This regiments Home faction is the United Kingdom.

   The Rules for events were looking for are as follows.
-FOC is allowed
-FOL is disallowed
-Skirmishers may have up to 16 members
-Rambo is Disallowed
-Skirms may have up to 5 man spacing

    So far, this is all the rules i have in mind that id like to see or follow. If you have any interest in joining the 72nd Skirmishers, add me on steam. Eireman, soon to be [72nd]Col_Eireman. This regiment has a point system to ensure that favoritism is not allowed to get someone a rank but instead your personal effort determining what rank you have. BUT if you join, do NOT expect to hold a mid to high or even semi-mid rank if you are a troll or if your disrespectful.

im sorry yusuf, please excuse me for that. ive just been taking alot of hate hits recently so i couldnt tell whether it was sarcastic or not :3 but no. this is not a rant post. i posted it in order to let everyone k ow that this is a regiment. just the rant part was supposed to be read by the haters XD please excuse that everyone!

Hey guys I'm not sure why everyone's hating on Eireman. Seeing him as a poacher is just not right. Truthfully me Eireman and some other people have been wanting to leave the regiment for a very long time, but we were pressured to stay in. So I bit my tongue and just accepted it. There were great days, happy days, but overall it just sucked compared to the past. I've made lot of great friends and it was hard to leave the regiment. I truly did love everyone there for the person they are. But I gave the regiment time to fix it's issues, I even tried helping an CO in the 7th that loved to lead us in a suicide death charge. the sad thing is he never got the grasp of my advice and degraded.  It's gone on for 3 months and well I just decided to leave because I was getting a bit sick of it.    I didn't know where to go but I heard Eireman had left also and made a regiment called the 72nd. He did not peer pressure/ poach me. I knew him as one of my favorite leaders from the 7th with outstanding leadership qualities so I joined him. In the end I judged what I thought to be right. I hope people do understand this and not just hate him blindly.
