Well, there was no 16th foot guards during the Napoleonic wars, but good luck! Also for ranks, Hauptmann and Oberleutnant are Austrian ranks, the Prussian versions were Kapitan and Premierleutnant

Oh and Soldat and Gemeiner mean 'soldier' and 'commoner' so they were both considered equal to private. Gemeiner would be the more historically accurate one from all the sources I've seen.
