also yeah the mod isnt perfect. I cant change the voices for the ottomans cause that would require changing the voices for all the Germans. The flags I will resolve, but the french royalists are probably gonna be removed when i'm finished with the update. I do not think they fit well with the British plus I decided to do one for the Russians instead.

Would it not be better to put the royalist unit with the Austrians, instead? Since Queen Marie Antoinette was Austrian, thus the connection...Oh, another thing: if you update, don´t forget to change the description of the faction from "Empire Français" to "Republique Française".

This is my 2nd favourite skin mod out there, but there are a few things that bother me: the fact that the Ottoman unit and the French Royalist units don´t have a national flag of their own (the flags are the same british flags from vanilla), and that this same units don´t have their own voices when pressing C.

Is the maker of the skin mod still out there active?

Technical Support / Frustrating crash problem

For 1 week, I have not been able to play Mount and Blade Warband (and it´s modules), because the game crashes before the loading screen appears. 2 days ago, it came back working but today, the problem returned. Two days ago, the game came back working after I changed my headphones. But since today, the game stopped working again and I tryed the same "fix", with no effect, so,  I do not know if this issue has something to do with the audio or the headphones

I have tryed every fix know  (including the ones mentioned here: http://www.crashwiki.com/12-fixes-mount-blade-warband-crashes-intro-multiplayer-mac-crash-invalid-entry-bex-cant-host-stopped-working-achievements-failed-contact-key-server-mac-install/), including unistalling and installing the game, but this problem continues. This is really annoying.

This is what the "rgl_log" file says: "rgl_post_warning_line: Unable to get technique with name standart_noskin_bump_nospecmap_Instanced". What does this mean? I already sent a message to the Technical Support of TaleWorlds and I now I making a simmilar message, so anyone could help with this very frustrating problem.

Edit: The problem has been fixed. Please, someone lock the thread.

I so want this mod to be revived! It angers me the great work that the modders do, and then the mods "die" very soon after. They deserve more attention, to break us from the monotony of playing NW events all the time. This mod is one of the best out there (I think like that because Victorian European warfare is almost absent from gaming, except for the Paradox games), along with Deluge and Bello Civil.

Any release date for the next update? Q_Q

CayM, that quote is actually from Nietzsche, not me xD (its just one of my favorite quotes of all time). But thanks for your support.

Frith, and everyone that left are absolute... amazing people. You can't say they don't care about the 63e because left. But if they didnt care why would the dedicate a year or more to making the 63e EU a great community with friends. Unfortunately a lot of my friends have left the regiment and i am at a loss at what to do, however if anyone here thinks none of them cared or loved the EU community can speak to me and i'll set them straight. They are my loved friends

Thnx for expressing such feelings, m8. I still remember those days were I spent all the morning and the afternoon trying to get many recruits as I could for the regiment (both EU and NA), while many of them never became dedicated members of the regiment or just left it after some shortly latter after being recruited (only a few become dedicated members, like Carros Rage) - and I feel sad that some people just don´t recognize efforts such as that.

Let´s ignore the the messages of disencouragement that a selective group of people put or might bring in the next hours or days against Frith´s decision. I do not intend to stop speaking to most people from the 63e just because I left it, since most of them are friendly (and I don´t think that is also Frith´s intention). Some effort will help this regiment to survive and thrive in the near future. 

(Unfortunately, it appears I can´t change the name of my profile :s, even thought I must admit it is not a bid deal for me actually)

After more then 1 year on the 63e, my journey in it is over. After the split that befell today on the regiment, I thought about what I had to do and I decided that I no longer should be in it. I learned so much about NW and this community on this regiment, and I had never had regrets for joining it.

I want to say thanks to Karth for allowing me to join the regiment (this on the September of 2013) and for being on of the best commanders in this community; say thanks to Tuna for dedicating in training me in melee and improving it (while I completely sucked ); saying thanks to the swedes...for being swedes; and say thanks to many others for their friendship. I have no intention to take anyone from my Steam friends list, since I hope we will stay buddies after this .

I wish good luck to the 63e and expect me to pop-up sometimes on the 63e TS sometimes.

To you all - I SALUTE YOU!!!

Well, gg. So, there are 3 regiments who are called 22nd. One EU, one NA and a Turkish one....and they are not related (i.e., being one regiment with both EU and NA teams). That was unexpected! Well, sorry for my mistake of posting what I posted (and after all, I am not supposed to know every regiment on NW and what many regiments exist with the same regiment title). The guy who was trolling me on Steam is not from the 22nd EU regiment, but from the 22nd turkish regiment.

And thanks for your hospitality. After all, comments like "now piss off" are very heartwarming.
