About damn time, I have always been waiting for this, I wish you good luck Reverse  ;)

Nice!
Will be nice to see the difference from iron europe.
Good luck!

The difference will be quite clear since Iron Europe is about the trench warfare and this mod is about the early war.

Line warfare was most definitely NOT common in 1914... Idk who you're kidding. Line warfare was long gone since the 1880's.

He is talking about loose formations and wedge columns, not napoleonic lines.

Massed volleys were no longer needed since the accuracy of the firearms had improved.

I don't understand why anyone would play your mod over iron europe? Slightly cleaner uniforms and less trenchy maps. Well maps can be added by any old codger. How can your gameplay be different to IE?

Are you going to make MG harder to move, like cannons?
Because at the beginning of the war most MG where heavy.
And are you going to add Cav?
ich will dich für android

Gameplay will be different because its not sitting in a trench waiting for someone to charge. This will basically be the Napoleonic Wars but with loose formations and bolt-action rifles. To be honest, the gameplay will not be similar at all. Unless someone decides to make a glitchy map. Trenches don't really work in the Warband engine, they can't be underground without your screen covered in a transparent blue.

Yes, we will add cavalry.
Machine guns will not be in the first release unless we get an advanced coder, and they will be hard to move, possibly fixed.

Yes I understand that, but apart from the maps what can possibly be different? Yes a map is a big difference in gameplay but I just don't understand what else will be different?

Running between forts and getting slaughtered?
Then waiting for the big guns to roll in and clean up  ;D
