An annoying problem! HELP!

I managed to get my M&B to run, but now i'm getting the following runtime error on NW and Native campaign. How do I fix it?


Also, when I try to start my campaign on Native it crashes and says Mount and Blade: Warband has stopped working. Once again, I've re-installed it several times, verified integrity of the cache, updated all my drivers, and reinstalled C++.

I have this exact same problem
