My strongest is Line Infantry and my weakest is Artillery.

The 22te Jäger Bataillon is a mature and disciplined regiment. We use our accurate shooting skills and swift, expert formations to put our foes in the ground. This regiment has a core of skilled and well trained members but we always need more fresh recruits to learn the ways of the Rifles.
The regiment itself will start out as rifles until the regiment grows in more members. The regiment will gain line and artillery detachments. Hopefully we'll become big enough to host events for other regiments to enjoy.

Technical Support / Fixing the "Teamspeak Crashes M&B" Problem

How to fix this problem.
Running teamspeak 3 then playing Mount and Blade Warband will either f up the game launcher(you can tell if you select NW and trying to play it or by checking your configures tab- it will be fucked up.)
The option that worked for me.
Delete Mount and Blade Warband from your steamapps folder and uninstall it from your steam library. Then reinstall it.
With Mount and Blade Warband reinstalled try to run it WITHOUT teamspeak and it should work.
To get it to play with teamspeak you'll need to uninstall it as well and reinstall it so it'll be renewed. Then play Warband then start up teamspeak (Note- You must NOT have teamspeak overlay on)
It should work now. If it doesn't the first time keep trying.

This is a thread where leaders/ex-leaders can put in their ways/tips on leading and running a regiment. If a new regiment shows up with a leader with little to no idea on how to lead the regiment properly, they can seek help from others here.
Basically to put it bluntly- put in your ways on how to do things/ask questions if your new to this/help other people out
