With 30 men you can have 3 archers, with 40 you can have 4, and so on.

The same for the optio/second officer class, you can have one per 10 players.

I'll probably have my Tribune and Praefectus with me, and a Centurion and Optio. I'm hoping that isn't a problem, as that's how my Legion works. Each officer has a different role.
