This is great.

I never read the books or heard about this prophecy, but I love how it sounds like 10times more exciting with 10 times more drama (Which I am sure the showriters would love to have) than whatever the fuck they did.

Coherent storytelling was basically yeeted out the back door when Dany crossed the Narrow Sea, if not sooner.

That's the only explanation I have for what just happened. I mean, I'm literally the last one to complain about the series as my posthistory should prove, but this... not even talking about Euron being Euron (the most obvious move can sometimes work just because noone actually expects anyone to be crazy enough to try), but about the whole Kings Landing scene. Why would Cersei kill Missandei, it's a valuable asset. Did she want to incite blind rage so Dany will make mistakes? Well, ok. But why the hell would she NOT take the chances of killing Dany, Varys, Tyrion and Drogon all together then as they're literally standing in front of dozens of Ballistas and hundreds of archers? Why? She's taking the fight anyways, there's no point in playing the "let's stare at each other!"-game. And for someone that blew up the Sept of Baelor, I don't really see how breaking the diplomatic code of conduct would be any problem.

Bloody god, the Golden Company is apparently leaving King's Landing for a field battle in the teaser. Yes, let's just ABANDON our walls, because why did we put them there in the first place anyways?
