The Targaryens have 0% real resistance to "heat" or "fire," this isn't Dungeons & Dragons. Look at Aerion "Brightflame" and Viserys as prime examples. There is no record of any Targaryen being actually resistant to burning, except for Daenerys. George R.R. Martin explicitly said that Danny's hatching of the eggs in fire was a miraculous moment of magic, something that the Targaryens have had moments of dabbling with, but all-in-all mostly forgot about--many more prominent Valyrian houses had vast talents in magic, but aside from Brynden Rivers, Shiera Seastar, and perhaps a few others, the Targaryens were clueless of it, making Danny's moment all the more magical... literally.

As for Jon, he burnt his hand protecting Lord Commander Jeor Mormont. Again, Targaryen blood does not make you immune to fire.

No, not anymore if the show only shows the Boltons with 10,000 men including (Karstars and Umbers) this would effect everyone else. House Martell will be strong but they got rekt at the trident by Robert & Co. I'd say in Westores there's only 100,000 - 200,000 fully trained men ready to fight the undead (Peasants dont counts)

Lannisters = 25k
Tyrells = 40k
Baratheon = 5k (Stannis hired sell swords)
Starks = 15k
Martell = 20k
Arryn = 30k (No involved in any wars since RobsReb)
Tully = 5k
Greyjoys = 8k

All cults and Tribes = 30k
Peasants (all men between 16-40) Not currently serving = 150k
Danny (Dorthrak, Unsul, 2nd sons, Greyjoys, Any slaves who wish to fight) = 100k + 1 big dragon + 2 shitty ones


Winter is here and no one has any food, I think they spoke about it in one episode so numbers wont matter.
