I have some advice for you, first of all I wholeheartedly recommend that you buy yourself a proper mouse, there is only so far that one can go with a touch pad,
as I'm sure you've noticed. Secondly I do think that you should go out and get some exercise, fat fingering G all the time isn't what I would mark as efficient.
Thirdly having your movement keys mapped to O, F, N and X isn't that ergonomically correct, I recommend the tried and true wasd setup.
It is also probably for the best if you stopped downloading porn while you game, I understand that it might be a bit more time efficient, but trust me, the lower ping helps a lot.
