I downloaded it and it was a good job, but personally I didn't like the super brightness of the uniform. Making it darker would be good. Also, I found a picture of a Zouave wearing summer white pantaloons (check 13eme page) Would be good if you just changed the red pantaloons to white and the blue lining to gold. Would look real cool 
1. I do think it may be a
little too light and a
little too orange. I'll probably go back and darken/redden them a bit later.
2. I think you might be referring to the 1er Imperiale Zouaves. I could definitely do a reskin for the 1er to give it white pants if there's an interest in it. I'm pretty sure there were two pant colors used in the 1er, a red a little lighter than the in-game default, and the white.
For the record, the 3e and the 3eRZI are two different regiments. The 3e has come first, and thus the 3eRZI must change, as I am unhappy with the name similarities and confusion people have had about the two regiments. I have already talked with several people who have mistaken the 3e and 3eRZI as the same regiment, thus, the 3eRZI needs to rename.
A lot of that going on isn't there 
Yes, there is. Luckily, I had a talk with the 3eRZI last night and we came to the conclusion that they'll rename by this Friday, and there wasn't any back and forth arguing. Hopefully there will be no conflict arising later this week, as by right we have the name.
