The regiment has already been reserved. There are tons of non claimed regiments to choose from.

Don't matter the other one has not been active and has not done anything for the game at all they only tried to keep it claimed just to try to make the real 1st Texas aka 5th TX mad. I back this new 1st TX. If a unit does not do anything with the name for a long time the claim is just not valid soo.
