We are thinking of bringing on board a second server for friday and saturday depending on the numbers, which would of course double the existing spec slots. What is your opinion on this? do you think there are enough numbers to do this? Also of course, there is an issue of the admining being run thin and a necessity of spec admins which we would have to recruit.

I would say 2 servers would be good since it gets full quite easily, and I bet if you ask around ppl will be willing to admin.
