K-KA has always been known to be a regiment with a relaxed atmosphere, with a touch of troll in some occasions. Doesn't take a genius to know that, you just have to watch one of Heri's videos. If they see you get triggered by something they say, some of their players will most likely try to push your buttons simply because they enjoy it and they know they won't get blamed for doing so. In most case scenarios, I highly doubt they even believe or care about what they say, what they will try to do is simply get a reaction out of you. That has never prevented the K-KA from being of the most skilled regiment in LBs/Gfs and people claiming the regiment has 'changed' clearly don't have a clue of what it was made of in the first place. Its special atmosphere undoubtably makes it strength and set the structure apart from other more disciplined regiments yet after many years were these 'disciplined' regiment have stopped existing, the K-KA still stands.
On the other hand, people actually thinking it is laughable to have role-play (military discipline / historical nicknames / etc ..) in a NW regiment, probably don't have a clue either of which community they play in. Since NW launch, two out of the three most skilled, successful and lasting regiments have used role-play structures with a staggering success and are also part of the regiments which massively stood out throughout the years, making it a formula for success in the eyes of many. The fact such structures still attract so many people nowadays is simply the living proof that as much as it might seem weird to you, lots of players enjoy evolving in such environment and will continue to do so, as long as NW continues to have an active player-base.
