It appears that rule 16 was not worded adequately to express the true meaning of the rule. As a result, it appears that a misunderstanding has occurred due to different interpretations of said rule. I have reworded the rule due to this understanding.
16. Having members that are in 2 or more regiments, which are apart of the premier league, is against the rules! Those people who are in multiple regiments will be banned and if the regiments knowingly accepted someone from another regiment just so as to play the person, they can be banned too! European and Australian players are allowed.
These players would be subject to addiction restrictions and match bans in addition to the regular 1-3 match ban that would occur with an addition to a roster after the first match. I have changed this rule due to the skill level of the regiments in the Premier league at this point. None of the regiments in the league, at the moment, would I consider to fall under the definition of "[N]ewer and less competitive focused regiments." I believe that the regiments ability would not be effected by the abilities of the players that would be added to the rosters.
