UPDATE:

Gluk and Bean Bean have been added as Moderators.

Regimental Apps. are currently closed. I hope to open them on Monday, October 24th. There will be a 3 week sign up period, with an extra week for regiments to send in their rosters. So if everything goes as planned we should be able to start around mid-late November.

and yes regiments will be required to send in rosters.

I will open referee sign ups for veteran and experienced refs for now. I wont accept newer/less experienced refs until i finish the rules and know that i have people to train them
