Informations/Our History

Brief History
The Civil War Soldiers and Sailors System gives the following as the history for this regiment: Pindall's 9th Battalion Sharpshooters were organized from Missouri units in the field during the winter of 1862-1863 with two companies, which later increased to five. Disbanded 26 May 1865.
