the best way for completing this list is to wait until end of RGL . I know that 80% of you guys are in some reg that participate in RGL . So we should wait and do it after we´ll finish RGL . We could post screens of scoreboard after every match of RGL in that thread and that could helps us to see who was carrying and who dont even play anymore

Kills aren't everything though. Position determines kills and so does playstyle.

Stark outplays most he faces and is one of the reasons why V75 has come such a long way as they have. He always plays really well in pretty much everything does, really good individually, even better in groupfighting and extremely consistent.

He's definitely Elite Tier.

And while I am unsure about Mopin, I've never really seen Herishey lose to you or play worse. And Troister is better at GF in my opinion, have no clue about duels. Calling it a shitty list and all that is just arrogant tbh.
