cuz TS is soooo complicated, I mean if you know how to do it once, you will always know it.

Say 0 is not having a clue how on earth team speak is used from knowing how to even connect to servers and 10 = You literally know how to do everything on team speak (so how good you are at using it).

It's a combination of them both xD, when you first get team speak you first want to know how to connect to a server so if you don't even know that you'd probably put a 0 or 1.
