Hold on, i'm a little confused as to what you are looking for, is it pre-Napoleonic or Napoleonic armies?

If it's Napoleonic, here are some things.

For a general overview:
http://www.drapeaux.org/France/Empire_1/index.html (Article is in french, make sure you use the translate button if you can't read french)

For information on the Imperial Guard,
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Imperial_Guard_(Napoleon_I)
(doesn't give a detailed explanation but gives a rough understanding)

Uniforms, Medals, and other cool shit,
http://www.napoleon-series.org/military/c_organization.html

Specific detials about each regiment, who lead that regiment, what engagements they were in and even goes as far as to explain the structure of each regiment/demi-brigade.
http://www.napoleon-series.org/military/organization/c_frenchinf.html

If it's pre-napoleonic, i can go at LENGTHHSSSS about that shit.

The reason i say that is because the wars of the 1st and 2nd coalition started before napoleon's rise to power.

Anyways, ill speak a about it a bit when i get back from lighting off fireworks.

Yes but Napoleon for a long time operated within the framework of the revolutionary armies. The armies led before Napoleon seized complete power in France and declared the revolution over are referred to as "revolutionary" armies for obvious reasons. There is a difference between the French Revolutionary Wars and the Napoleonic Wars. I am interested in the former rather than a latter.

A lot of the original organization of pre-napoleonic wars organization can be found here.

http://www.napoleon-series.org/military/organization/reg1791/c_regtitle.html

Many of the officers realized that the '1791 Reglement' didn't work. Instead they began experimenting in military tactics.
Much of what i know about pre-napoleonic wars is specifically about Napoleon and what he did. I wasn't very interested much in the republic before napoleon.
