If the Wildcat was a 3rd KY company IRL then yes it's Musickmans. You can't just steal a company's name from another regiment that already exists in the community...

Well, there were actually many 3rdKY regiments historically. There were 2 Union (3rdKY Cav and Inf). As for confederate there were MANY more. 3rdKY Infantry, Cavalry, Mounted Rifles... a lot. Just like the 1stSC there were many units with the same number and state but different Roles/Sides.

P.S. Just providing some information which one of you claimed it is not my problem/business just adding some fun facts :)

And in the same way as everyone reserves the generic xth XX it counts across the board for everything. Or should we all start making 26th NC Cav, 26th NC Arty, 26th NC Guards etc?

Due to the similarity of 3rdKYWA and 3rdKY, the tags must be more different to the (already existing) 3rdKY.
Personally, I'd suggest using WA, 3rdWA, 3rd_WA or whatever.
Just make sure you don't have both 3rd and KY in the tags Forgotfulking.

Other people who are not directly involved (anyone other than the leaders of the the Wildcat Artillery and 3rdKY) are kindly asked to keep their opinions to themselves.

The tags are already far different from the AK 3rdKY. So you do not have to worry :)

Couldn't you be the 4th Kentucky? Why do you have to use the 3rd Kentucky name when you know Musick has reserved that name.
