We are a new started regiment for NW. We are looking to make everyone in this regiment "seen".
That means everyone is treated the same way, veterans and recruits alike.
We want to grow in numbers, but we still want every new recruit to feel like they belong to something.
Not like they are one recruit of 200, we want them to feel noticed.

Having lead a 2eSuisse in the past before it was merged with a sister-regiment to become the 1tesPmrs, I have some old assets that are kind of just left on my hard drive to serve no purpose. Btw a regiment is using the name 2e swiss and they use it for a couple of months
