The Ottoman Empire enters Extended Mobilisation.

Military decisions:

The Ottoman Empire is shocked by the recent battles in France, and sees that warfare has really changed. Their own military is too learn from this.

The Ottoman empire will focus on improving military drills

The Ottoman Empire goes into partial mobilisation. Due to the current situation in Europe.

Recruits arriving in Kostantiniyye‎

The more 'professional' troops in Kostantiniyye‎ are to be giving military training to the newly arrived conscripts.

New young conscripts learning how to use the machine gun

The Dardanelles straits will be blocked for any nations shipping. only Ottoman shipping may pass.

Diplomatic matters:

The Ottoman government thanks Bulgaria for selling us the steel, we offer a price off £123 a tonne. We wish to import for an amount of £100.000

The Bulgarian steel is to be used to finish the Kostantiniyye - Baghdad railroad.

Diplomatic matters:

The Ottoman Empire can't accept a non-aggression treaty in times of war and assassination plots on our diplomats. And will currently not accept this offer.

The government however wishes to remain on good terms with the Bulgarians, and so wishes to import the steel offered earlier by Bulgaria. This is too be used for our infrastructure.

Diplomatic matters:

The Ottoman government is outraged by the happenings at the Albanian conference, this was a peaceful meeting, and therefore we demand an explanation by the Serbian government.

The Ottoman minister of foreign affairs calls back the ambassador currently in Albania.

The Ottoman football team will not participate in the Eurocup.

The Ottoman government  wishes to offer a non-aggression treaty to the Russian Empire. Both our nations will be better off that way

Diplomatic matters:

The Ottoman Empire will dispatch an ambassador to the Muslim congress in Albania.

The Ottoman Empire sends it's condolences towards the Austrian Government.

The Sultan thanks the German Empire for selling us the Mauser Gewehr 98.

Military decisions:

The newly bought Mauser will be issued to the more modern professional part of the army, Located in Kostantiniyye.

Internal matters:

The Ottoman Government will be promoting working for the government owned railway company.

Investments

The Ottoman Empire will invest in Industry & Civil improvements.
Railway tracks across the country are to be improved and expanded.

Military decisions

Disbands 50% of its poorly equipped conscripted army, and starts training a professional force in Constantinople. However in times of war, the conscripts may be summoned for duty again.
The Ottoman government would like to request the purchase of a number of Gewehr 98 rifles off Germany, to be used as their new standard rifle.

Diplomatic matters

The Ottoman empire wishes to improve relations with Germany, Russia and Bulgaria.

Doesn't matter how you find his claim. What matters is they claimed it first.

What also matters is their activity. If they haven't been around for ages, why should they still have the right to the name when there is already another 1st Texas that's been active?
