The History of the Real 10th BattalionThe 10th Battalion was formed in 1914 shortly after the outbreak of the war for service on the fronlines. It was created out of two existing Canadian militia units, 103rd and 106th Regiments. The regiment arrived on the frontlines in 1915 and received their baptism of fire shortly after. Throughout the war they received the following battle honors:

Throughout the war the regiment lost over 1300 men dead and over 2000 wounded. Two members of the Battalion received the Victoria Cross, along with numerous other medals to other members of the Battalion.
The Battalion headed home to Canada in 1919, and was disbanded in 1920.
