“Cargo wasn’t fastened to the deck, so on rotation it all shifted backwards. The aircraft pitched up to 85 deg (basically vertical) and stalled. As you can see, when it crashes, it has basically no forward motion at all. Same as a Fine Air DC-8 crash in Miami in the late 80s / early 90s. As soon as the cargo shifted, the centre of gravity (CofG) made it unflyable, so the pitch up was unrecoverable.” - Sam Chui
