Native, by signing up as a "passenger" that is just a normal squad member or just a person in the convoy? I'm definitely wanting to sign up, just considering the roles
Passenger= A person in the convoy, not a squad member. I had it as civilian, but with background and previous specialty you could've been ex-marine or even a PMC leader. So it's now convoy passenger. As time go on, Volk can establish more squads if choose. Certainly will be able to find NPC survivors because people will die.

EDIT: It's only squads will be limited to 4 people each. Amount of squads have no limit or NPC/people able to ride along with the convoy.
Don't let the team leaders taking control of NPCs discourage you from wanting to act or clear a building as well or with them. Your just your own person, but you can still be useful

I was asking because I'm the only one who signed up so far.
Well I'm not starting just yet, hoping to get at least 1 more before I launch. I could always just call in a character to guide you/all, until you get a convoy leader or elect among yourselves. No rush, I'm trying to flush this all out right now, want it to be even better than my Caribbean RtD.

So do I just get to play as every squad leader?
Alpha is a squad to itself, the example shows how your squad status' would be shown. You lead your own Recon team though, you and 3 guys. Even the convoy leader just lead their own squad, but of course they make the hard decisions and suppose to direct "battle" plans for you guys.
I'm coming up with aspect of the convoy itself and how i'll do it, but it will matter. Like if you stay in a line being swarmed.. you guys will likely be dead-meat lol

EDIT: An actual is basically squad leader, 1-3 are your squad-mates. In-case that caused confusion.

[16] zombies were able to be killed by Alpha, not counting the cross-fire of Charlie. Breaching the apartment complex was way more complicated than they thought, as most of the zombies looked to be dismembered and mutilated. Alpha Actual sprayed on multiple door stacks, but rarely got hits. Alpha 1 could be named the savior of this mission, stacking up 9 kills while bringing up the rear. Alpha 2 and 3 both got kills, however weren't fortunate on covering the flanks at the end of the hall. Alpha 2 was immediately overwhelmed when opening a door, and being pulled inside, Alpha 3 was beaten on the leg trying to help.
Alpha Actual, Alpha 1 and 3 are separated by a [15] zombie horde. Alpha 2 drops 5 mags, recoverable but risky. Alpha 3 has 6 turns before becoming a zombie.

I will probably add an ammo system, that way semi-auto, burst-fire and full-auto has importance. As well as the need for ammo in the troubling time to come. I'm also debating if I will do a week as 1 month or 1 season[3 months]. Feedback?

What is this?
A continuation to my creative forum games, in hopes to turn out even better than the last. Roll to Dodge is a genre of forum games where players say what action they would like carried out and then the GM (me), rolls a dice. We will be using a 6-sided die so this is how the rolls would carry out if you, say, tried to jump over a fence.

1: You run into the fence and break your leg.
2: You get a running jump on the fence, but your leg catches on it and you fall, breaking your nose.
3: You jump over the fence, but land on your knees on the other side.
4: You jump over the fence, and land on your feet.
5: You do a front flip over the fence, landing flawlessly.
6: You jump so high that you go twenty yards forward and crash into the side of a barn.


Setting
The United States have been in an uproar since a new pathogen was introduced to the populace under unknown circumstances, even the government are left in the dark on just what the cause is. Not much is certain on the topic, however those infected become extremely hostile. That much is noticeable and not only that, but the pathogen has effected the United States in such a way, everything is out-of-order. There's no government, no military that's bound to service, and hostiles on every corner. Not just those infected, but those whom are scrambling to survive now under the circumstances or groups of people taking up a "different" sense of morals.

It has been nearly a year, and your convoy was one of the few military personal that stayed around. Leaving Fort Meyer every so often upon request. It only gets harder to leave the base, as conflict comes more often now be it zombies or lack of supplies. However, your convoy managed to slip out and make your way to the White House after a call for aid. But little did you know, this choice would change your lives to a great extent. Beginning the tell of a single convoy, the world around you is falling apart, but your a close-knit group who dependent on each other. Presented with the question, "just how will you proceed in these troubling times to come?"

Due to Overshots and continuous usage guns have the chance to lower from Grade I to Grade III. Which causes the "damage" or pierce value to decrease. To fix this, the gun simply needs to be cleaned.

Well voice opinions guys, seem like a good game to do? Team leaders, convoy leader and me will in charge of AI men. While the civilians will just have to manage themselves, but they get to pick whatever they want as weapons -- following the loadout of course. Plan to add other supplies and items in the truck as well, because of course your not alone in the big world of zombies, violence and terror.
