~Midnight~Step 3 can include several days of waiting for answers, endless small talk and sometimes insults. I got some decent recruits doing that, and yes, it is better than recruit on ingame servers.
it is quite easyer for me then going from server to server to recruit mainly cuz it takes less time if you do it right. you should do it in burst's
1st Stage: add people till steam doesn't allow you to do so no more
2nd stage at a diferent time later on : Send out the copy paste messege after a hello.
stage 3: see who said yes or maybe and keep going :3
