I've been playing it a bit recently, and I think the game is pretty solid apart from the clips are too small considering the vast amount of health you have with full shield.Even with the extended mags?

rpgs have always been less mainstream and accessible than BRs though, BRs got popular initially through Arma 3 with a mod by Playerunknown, a few years after that you got h1z1, pubg after that and a bunch of others inbetween. Ask the current youth about how many RPGs they've played compared to how many of them play a BR game, it's obvious that's its a trend that's been more developed over the last years, comparing a more niche genre to a BR would not do it much justice.
I think it's much more fair to compare traditional FPS games with TDM/objective based mechanics to a BR, or even some survival games with the dynamic of starting fresh, picking up loot and going straight for PVP.
