The 1st Charleston Cadet Rangers was formed on February 1st of 2016 by ex-members of the 9th Alabama Regiment after the leader of the 9th Alabama was banned from the Dixieland Army before being reinstated by a reverse decision made by high commands. This resulted in the membership of the 9th Alabama forming a new regiment with the then acting Colonel Wrabbit, due to the fact that the 9th Alabama Regiment had swelled under the new leadership and the changes were reversed by the returning Colonel, causing mass discontent. The 9th Alabama and 1st Charleston would both continue to go on until further bad choices by the 9th Alabama resulted in it's membership dropping further and further until it was ruled as 'inactive' and disbanded by the Dixieland Army. Around the middle of February, the 1st Charleston Battalion was rechristened as the 1st Charleston Legion due to the addition of an Artillery Company formed by more members leaving the 9th Alabama and joining the 1st Charleston which warranted the addition of the new title as it became a 'Combined-Arms' regiment.
We have been inactive do to IRL things going on but are now open to new member who is willing to fight along side us. we wish have members who will be willing to have fun because we play more than just one mode for Mount and blade or just one game for that matter.
