Alright so let me clear all of this up,

First off, applications are not necessarily looked at or processed in the order they were posted originally.  I couldn't even be home all day today, relying instead on a .txt file that had a list of all applications.  I have many more on my desktop at home that can be accepted, but I did what I could while out of the house.  There are applications that I will need to look into farther, like talking to the applying regiments officers in teamspeak.

I believe that far too many of you are making unreasonable assumptions both of the status of your application and myself as well.  I have agreed with all NANWL participants and applicants that there will be respect from me, regardless of personal shit, as long as it remains mutual respect. I have not violated this as of yet with anyone. 

Lastly, do keep in mind that this league was dropped on me about a week ago.  Until just recently it was a one man effort.  These things take time to do, and even more time to do correctly.  Understand that even when this was a 7 man job ( 3 HOs 4 Mods) it was still a lot of work.

We are getting this going as soon as possible, and many more applications will be processed and posted.

Again, no ones talking about personal stuff, I've got no issues with anyone personally, I've just been waiting a while for a response of some sort, and felt concerned when I saw two regiments who applied after us, get accepted before us. Sorry if you felt it was a personal attack, it wasn't, I just want to get into the league and couldn't think of what was wrong with my regiment to where we wouldn't be accepted, no more, no less.

Why do you want to be a referee?: I noticed the post that Cheesy posted saying that it would be helpful to have more referee's/admins to help out this large event.

Why do you think you would be a good referee?: I have been an admin in plenty of events including the NANWL in one of the earlier season's for a period of time until I left to take time off from this game. I believe that I did a thorough job and wish to continue this if possible.

I want to take some time to briefly overview how League Placements will work,

As you probably noticed, the section in the application regarding preferred league has been removed.  That is to prevent regiments that should without doubt be in league 1 from entering league 2 just to definitely or most likely win.

I understand that the skill and experience difference between some regiments is monumental, and the two leagues will try and fix this as much as possible.

If you are a regiment who is widely known as competitive, you will almost certainly be placed in League 1.  I will not allow a regiment to enter League 2 if they are more than capable of being in and doing well in League 1.  This was a problem in the past with NANWL and even more so with other tournaments that I have been a part of. 

I am here to make this as fair as possible for the most people/regiments possible.  No system is perfect, but my job is to get it as close too as I can.
