M&B: Warband - Napoleonic Wars / Aktuelles Stand des Spiels

Hallo,

ich spiele ja jetzt schon relativ lange kein NW mehr wollte aber mal nachhaken.
Wie läuft das Spiel aktuell, gibt es wirklich aktive events und sind public server gefüllt (Warband hat ja peak spielerzahlen momentan)

Mit dem Ende der NWWC ist das kompetitive NW nun vollends gestorben und NW, für mich zumindest, jetzt auch dead.

Ich will das ganze zum Anlass nehmen um, vor allem, Danke zu sagen für die vielen tollen (und weniger tollen) und interessanten (und weniger interessanten) Persönlichkeiten die ich über die Jahre kennen lernen durfte.

Allen voran natürlich dem 2Lhr und die vielen Leute dort die mir viel beigebracht haben, als ich mit 14 dieses Spiel begonnen habe (also so ungefähr Wolpis aktuelles Alter als Referenz).
Ich habe viele Dinge und Ideen dort mitnehmen dürfen, und Menschen auch, lol.
Mir wurde dort gezeigt wie ich es mir vorstelle zu leaden anhand von sowohl negativen, aber auch positiven Beispielen, allen voran Crowh und natürlich Pilophas und Cooper.

Die meisten die dort wichtig waren kamen dann eh mit ins 72nd, wo ich ungemein dankbar bin für wirklich jeden mit dem ich spielen konnte.
Von Rommel, über Chachacha, link2luke, pillepalle, Kinderjäger, Caryon, ZeroNight, Falk der Legende, und etliche mehr mit denen ich nicht nur meine Zeit in NW versenkt habe, sondern auch in anderen Games.

Und natürlich bin ich auch froh über das was wir als rein deutschsprachiges (und ich als Österreicher halt) Regiment erreicht haben.
Über RGT Podien und 1v1 Turnieren, aber auch in der RGL haben wir mit den besten mithalten können.
Wir waren nie ein Anwärter auf Siege, oder ein Favorit, aber wir konnten ein paar upsets erreichen und in einer Zeit, in der NW, seinen Peak hatte, mit der internationalen Spitze konkurrieren, auf unserer Seite mit Spielern die Unsummen an Stunden reingesteckt haben, um in diesem Spiel gut zu sein.

Ich bin natürlich auch den Turnierhosts dankbar, angefangen mit der DGL unter Chainsor, razypro etc, als auch Stockholm mit seinen, mal mehr mal weniger, gelungenen Ideen.
ABer natürlich den internationalen Turnieren, wie die NWL von Brot und Bever, die RGT von Herishey und Chriseh, die RGL von Phönix, Caz und Hunter und die ganzen einzelnen Turneirhosts.

Auch finde ich es richtig cool meinen Teil zu den internationalen Turnieren beigetragen zu haben, wo mein größter Erfolg, die EGS, ohne Voluble und seinem ADHS, niemals so möglich gewesen wäre und den ganzen anderen die geholfen haben, etwas richtig großes auf die Beine zu stellen. Egal ob das war ein Golden, Herishey, Gi, auch Vegi, Chuckster, Kincaid, Sycrim und da auch, Chainsor und die vielen anderen.

Und der letzte Abschnitt, mit dem 2Lr und dem 71st war das wofür ich wieder dankbar bin. Spielerisch wars okay, ich bin/war nicht mehr so gut wie früher, und auch meine Regimenter waren nicht so gut und stark wie davor. Aber ich bin froh wieder neue Leute kenngelernt zu haben um mit ihnen zu spielen. Ipoa, camm15elbe, Leibhusar, Joker, Darki aber natürlich auch Igel und Wursti die mich viele Stunden ausgehalten haben, aber auch umgekehrt, nachdem Wursti mal wieder alle Leute gelöscht hat z.B.

Und froh bin ich auch nochmal mit Enigma und den Snappern im Gf-Team Bereich gut unterwegs gewesen zu sein. Sei es Lukes obligatorisches Ach Leute, Igel der seine Schildkröten sucht, oder ein Gi der nichts versteht weil sein Team irgendwann Deutschsprachig war, Momente die einen nur mehr manchmal zweifeln lassen wieso man eig hier ist.
Ich bin froh über die ganzen Retards und Idioten die einem NW geschenkt hat.

In diesem Sinne wünsche ich jedem viel Erfolg bei Bannerlord oder bei dem was ihr sonst tut, vlt trifft man sich ja wieder irgendwo.

Deutsches Forum / Rocket League Turnier [2v2] Start 02.01.2023

Hallo und herzlich willkommen zum ersten dt. Community Rocket League Turnier. In den letzten Jahren hatte ich das Glück viel Erfahrung im organisieren von NW Events zu sammeln. Da sich NW dem Ende zuneigt, vor allem mit dem Bannerlord Mod im Hinterkopf, dachte ich mir es wird mal Zeit etwas neues auzuprobieren. Teilt es gerne jedem mit der mal NW gespielt hat, oder den ihr sonst irgendwoher kennt.

Regeln §1 jeder Cheat, oder anderweitige Modifikation, mit der man sich einen direkten Vorteil im Spiel verschafft, ist verboten. §1.1 Bakkes Mod ist ausdrücklich zugelassen. §2 Jede Form des Rassismus ist verboten, genauso wie jede Art der Diskriminierung. §2.1 toxisches Verhalten ist zu unterlassen, und kann in Einzelfällen zu Matchverlusten oder zur Disqualifikation führen. §3 alle Matchergebnisse müssen öffentlich geposted werden (FSE oder Discord) §4 sollte ein Team sich bei der Terminfindung eines Matches nicht einigen wollen, oder diese erschweren, wird es disqualifiziert §4.1 die Disqualifikation findet nach Rücksprache mit beiden Teams, seitens der Turnierorga, statt. §5 Formatregeln §5.1 zu Beginn werden Gruppen aus jeweils 4 Team zugelost, die in einem double elimination Bracket gegeneinander antreten. §5.1.1 2 Teams qualifizieren sich für die Playoffs/Knockouts §5.1.2 die Matches der Gruppenphase werden in einer bo3 Series gepsielt §5.1.3 die kompletten Playoffs, inklusive QF ist eine bo5 series, SF und Finals sind bo7 §5.2 Es ist ein 2v2 Turnier §5.3 die maximale Teamanzahl entspricht 64 §6 Rosterregeln §6.1 Der Roster besteht aus maximal 3 Personen, 2 Spielern und einem Reservespieler §6.2 der Roster wird über die Zeitspanne des Turniers nicht verändert [close]

European Groupfighting Series / EGS | Season 1 Winners **ChimpZ**

edit: After speaking with the teams involved in the play-offs, we came to the overall agreement that Season 1 is to be concluded based on the Standings (due to multiple factors), therefore making ChimpZ the winners, congratulations. Season 2 will begin on Sunday 25th July, with a 5v5 tournament being hosted first. Tournament Dates and formats will be posted on a upcoming thread so keep your eyes peeled.

Regimenter / 71st Highland Regiment of Foot

Das 71. Regiment of Foot war ein Highlandregiment der britischen Armee, das 1777 in Elgin von Generalmajor John Mackenzie, Lord MacLeod, als 73. (Highland) Regiment of Foot (McLeods Highlander) aufgestellt wurde. Das Regiment wurde 1786 zum 71. (Highland-) Regiment of Foot (MacLeods Highlander) ernannt. Während der Napoleonischen Kriege blieb das Regiment in Indien, kämpfte bei der Belagerung von Pondicherry im August 1793, bevor es im August 1795 nach Ceylon übersiedelte und nach Ceylon zurückkehrte Schottland im August 1798.

Im Oktober 1804 wurde ein zweiter Kampf erhoben, der jedoch während des Krieges in Schottland blieb. Der 1. Battalion begab sich im August 1805 zum Kap der Guten Hoffnung und nahm im Januar 1806 auch an der Schlacht von Blaauwberg teil. Bei einer katastrophalen Expedition in Südamerika gegen Buenos Aires unter Sir Home Popham wurde das gesamte Battalion, sowie die Regimentsstandarte gefangen genommen, Im April 1808 wurde dem Regiment von Generalleutnant Sir John Floyd im April 1808 eine neue Regimentstandarte übergeben.

Das 1. Bataillion diente im Juni 1808 im Penninsular-Krieg, bevor er danach in 71. (Glasgow Highland) Regiment of Foot umbenannt wurde. Das Battalion kämpfte in der Schlacht von Roliça im August 1808, in derSchlacht von Vimeiro später in diesem Monat und in derSchlacht von Corunna im Januar 1809. Im März 1809 wurde es ein leichtes Infanterieregiment und nahm in unzähligen Schlachten teil, auch wie in der Schlacht von Waterloo 1815.

Am 31. Januar 2021 beschloss DarkTemplar mit Tigere und vielen ihrer Verbündeten, ein neues deutsches kompetitives Regiment zu bilden. Das Hauptziel des Regiments ist es, die deutsche Gemeinschaft zu vereinen und zu stärken, indem man sich hauptsächlich auf den wettbewerbsorientierten Teil von Napoleonic Wars konzentriert, indem man die individuellen Fähigkeiten, aber auch das Teamplay und die Teamarbeit verbessert. Doch sind wir nur ein Regiment? Weit verfehlt! Wir sind auch eine Gemeinschaft und verbringen auch außerhalb von Eventzeiten Zeit miteinander und spielen auch Spiele abseits von Mount & Blade, schließlich kennen sich  die meisten Leute und waren auch zusammen in selben Regimentern. Wir freuen uns auf einige großartige Groupfights, 1v1's und Turniere.

Regiments / 71st Highland Regiment of Foot

The 71st Regiment of Foot was a Highland regiment in the British army, raised in 1777 at Elgin by Major-General John Mackenzie, Lord MacLeod as the 73rd (Highland) Regiment of Foot (McLeod's Highlanders). The regiment was designated as the 71st (Highland) Regiment of Foot (MacLeod's Highlanders) in 1786. During the Napoleonic Wars the regiment remained in India, fought at the Siege of Pondicherry in August 1793, before transferring to Ceylon in August 1795 and returned to Scotland in August 1798.

In October 1804 a second battailon was raised but remained in Scotland during the war. The 1st battailon embarked for the Cape of Good Hope in August 1805 and also participated in the Battle of Blaauwberg in January 1806. At a disastrous expedition in South America against Buenos Aires under Sir Home Popham the whole battailon was taken prisoners and the Regimental Colours were captured, but new colours were presented to the regiment by Lieutenant-General Sir John Floyd in April 1808.

The 1st battailon served in the Peninsular War in June 1808 before renaming 71st (Glasgow Highland) Regiment of Foot after. The battailon saw the action at the Battle of Roliça in August 1808, the Battle of Vimeiro later that month and Battle of Corunna in January 1809. In March 1809 it became a light infantry regiment and saw the action at countless Battles just like at the Battle of Waterloo 1815.

On the 31st of January 2021 DarkTemplar decided with Tigere and many of their allies to form a new german competitive regiment. The main goal of the regiment is to unite and to strengthen the german community by focusing mainly on the competitive part of Napoleonic Wars by improving the individual skill but also the teamplay and teamwork aswepect. But we aren't just a regiment, we are also a community. Most of the people know each other and have been in the same regiment together aswell. We are looking forward for some great groupfights, 1v1's and tournaments.

Wursti und ich hosten die EGS

da ist eines unserer Ziele auch neuen unerfahrenen Teams die Möglichkeit zu geben auf niedrigerem average niveau zu spielen, das sogenannt "Rookie-Tournament"

ich fände es sehr sehr cool wenn sich mehrere deutsche teams daran beteiligen würden, zB Nr59, 5teKGR etc
bis jetzt dabei sind natürlich Deutschlands Top Spieler, in Cazadores, sowie die SG (2Lr) und NotSwedish (mainly Nr13)

je nachdem wie es läuft haben wir noch einiges was wir uns vorstellen können was den Aufbau von neuen Spielern betrifft, hängt aber im Endeffekt nur von der Beteiligung eines jeden ab

Competitive EU Events/Tournaments / EGS - European Groupfighting Series

Dear Community, we want to present you the newest competetive idea of DarkTemplar & Wursti. We called it "European Groupfighting Series".
As the name already suggests it's a series of tournaments and not a one-time event. Our main goal is to make tournaments more centralized to have an acceptable amount & qualitfy of tournaments (aiming for 1 per month) while offering a reason for teams to keep playing instead of disbanding after a short period of time.
The formats of the tournaments will differ between 5v5, 6v6 and 7v7 with each of these being hosted twice during the season.

The difference to EIS is, that we don't want to claim the permission to host such tournaments only for ourselves. Any other organizer is allowed to host an EGS tournament as long as sticking to the EGS rules and standards. Organizers would then be supplied with servers, scripts and our ruleset which makes it an official tournament which teams can get points from. The points are important in order to play the Seasonal Championship at the end of every season which we are aiming to stream and provide a prize pool.

Furthermore we want to encourage new players and teams to play and try to get better. In order to ensure a healthy and competetive environment we will also host a "Rookie-Tournament" once every 2 months where the top 4 teams will be excluded of. That will give more teams the possibility to make a deeper run into tournaments. Obviously there will be less points to grab than in a normal tournament.

EGS related information • Season    ○ Tournaments are going to be hosted once per month, on a sunday    ○ Tournament formats will differ between 5v5 - 7v7 + 2 subs    ○ Every Format is going to be played twice in one season    ○ The points you can win from every tournament are based on the amount of participating teams    ○ The points will get updated once per month    ○ One season will last 6 months    ○ Everyone will be able to access the season table       ‣ Same for the amount of winable points in a tournament       ‣ Points Table    ○ The season will end in a final tournament with only the best four teams participating • Hosting Tournaments    ○ The "privilege" of hosting tournaments doesn't just belong to DarkTemplar and Wursti    ○ If you want to host a tournament of the EGS you will receive support in forms of Scripts and Servers       ‣ Leads into your tournament being worth EGS points       ‣ This will ensure the required / wanted quality of tournaments       ○ As an organizer you have to stick to the provided ruleset           ‣ You may make changes to the rules after asking for permission    ○ You can pick any format you want, as long as they're still available • Teams & Players    ○ Points are bound to Teams, making every player worth equal points based on the teams performance when he was on the roster    ○ If a player is leaving the team he will take his points with him, but not add these to his new team.       ‣ A player only gathers the points of tournaments in which he was listed on the teams roster       ‣ The teams points will only get reduced once the player joins a new team    ○ You may add new players to your team when you want to          ‣ Additions may be denied if that rule is getting overused    ○ You may make a 2nd team out of your whole team.       ‣you have to decide before the tournament starts which points should be counted if both teams hit the knock-outs          ‣you can swap up to 2 players from your lower team to the higher team with incrasing format size without asking/permission (+1 for 6v6, +2 for 7v7)    ○ Official stand-alone teams (such as NPP) are excluded from both rules above    ○ The previous rule isn't clear since it's reasonable to add players during the 6 months, but not all the time       ‣ Makes a general roster rule impossible / hard

Tournament Rules • Melee speed will be medium • Bayonet players must use the Line Infantry class • Stay in Spectator while not playing a match • Matches    ○ Group-Stage matches aswell as Round 1 of Playoffs (20+ Teams) will be ft5    ○ Quarters, Semis and Bronze matches will be ft7    ○ Finals will be ft10 • Roleplay Names aswell as GUIDs have to be  provided • If a player gets caught cheating (or using a wrong ID)    ○ The team will get its point for that tournament removed    ○ The player will be banned for the whole season    ○ The team gets a warning • If a team gets disqualified and got placed 1st - 4th, the lower placed team will take their place    ○ All teams will get points for a win at the groupstage and knockouts if they lost against the disqualified team

Seasonal Championship • Will take place in June / December • The 4 teams that have gathered the most points will qualify    ○ The first placed team receives playoff bye into the Final    ○ The second placed team will receives playoff bye into the Semifinal    ○ Third and fourth placed teams will fight eachother • Matches are all ft7 and best of three (bo3)    ○ Means you have to win two ft7 matches against your opponent in order to advance / win • The winner of the Seasonal Championship tournament will be the official winner of the season

Rookie Tournaments • Will be hosted once every 2 months • The 4 teams with the most points won't be able to participate • The players who played for the top-4-teams in the 2 tournaments before the Rookie-Tournament, are not allowed to play • Will provide less points than a regular tournament

Some words in the end. If you have any questions feel free to ask us. This is currently W.I.P. and could get changed if we have the feeling that some things won't work out as intended. Both of us think that we are capable of doing that, since we've collected a lot of experience in the past months. Wursti with the EIS and me with co-hosting ENWC and other smaller tournaments, next to RMT which we hosted together.

We are happy that we got the support of some organizers and GF Teams which are looking forward to participating and are willing to help the head administration. This project is made up of the comments of the "State of the competetive NW scene" thread and our own opinions and thoughts to improve the scene. We know this game won't last till the end of time, but it would be a good start for NW Bannerlord (for example). We are looking forward to start this in January 2021.

While we thought but the organizing stuff we realized that there are currently the invitational series, the draft league and till now no fix starting dates of the MRGL and the Duel League series.
Therefore we decided to make a poll when you guys want to play the next tournament (yipppieeeeeh).

Competitive EU Events/Tournaments / Regimental Melee Tournament // Winner 15thYR, 2nd 92nd, 3rd 18th

As the last edition of RGT didn't went that well, Wursti and I thought about doing another regimental groupfighting tournament to see who is currently the best melee regiment. Our goal is to make a more community driven tournament, as the main decisions, or any controverseries will be taken and solved by our loved community to make sure that everyone has the maximum amount of fun and competition on the battlefield.

Rules

1. Rules are the standard for a groupfight. Teamhitting, Teamkilling or just general trolling will result in your teams immediate removal from the tournament. Admins are to be listened too at all times. When you don't obey the admin commands, this will result in one round playing with one member less, and the 2nd time the guy insulting will get banned from the tournament, and the team has to play with 9 players

2. Matches will be ft5 during the group-stage, matches will be ft7 during the knock-out stage and ft10 in the finals and semi-finals.

3. There will be a group-stage and a knock-out stage (there will be 4 groups of 4 regiments or 4 groups of 3 depending on interest).
    3b. We will try our best to balance, however we cannot guarantee anything.

4. Rosters will be locked 1 hour before the event. Players can not be taken off or added after this unless under extreme circumstances (highly unlikely).

5. Only 10 members in your regiment can play for your regiment. No "invites". They need to be fully devoted to your regiment.
    5a. All participants must have been in your regiment for at least 14 days.

6. Only use of the 45e and 33rd units. Its a simple rule to follow, anyone caught another unit will be slayed even if it is during a round.

7. Regiments applicate have to be active for at least several weeks, with the intension to play other events too

8. No trash-talk (banter is fine). This rule is for use at the admins discretion, following rule 1.

9. Deadline for sign-ups is 3 days before the start of the tournament.

10. Details for the tournament will be send to all captains at least one hour before the start of the tournament

11. One Member of the team has to be on the server 10mins before it starts

M&B: Warband - Napoleonic Wars / Team AUT-SUI M-NWWC

Wie manche schon mitbekommen haben, hat mit heute die Anmeldungsphase gestartet für die neue M-NWWC Season

Deshalb von mir ein kleiner rant, welches Regiment noch gute Österreichische oder auch Schweizer Spieler zur Verfügung hat. Sollte die Schweiz oder Österreich kein eigenständiges Team stellen können, können wir uns zusammenschließen.

Meine Wenigkeit hat sich mal als Cpt für Österreich beworben, es kann auch gern wer anderer, wenn er sich dazu auserkoren fühlt.

Ich würde mich am meisten freuen wenn wir sogar Österreich und Schweiz stellen sollten
