"Reg Leading Capabilities" Nappy giving me an officer position has almost nothing to do with a leaders capabilities. Nappy's 2nd in command at the time, Dj had to leave due to college. He asked me to take the spot because, none of the others in his regiment had the experience or necessarily the dedication. He didn't throw the tag on me, and make me do it. Nappy is a good leader. He's one of the few that I've ever seen actually be apart of his own regiment's community. He spends time helping people within the regiment practice to be better at the game. Also, saying I do more than nappy is ridiculous. Me and nappy work together as a team to run the 45e, and obviously we all see that the 45e is still here. The interesting part is, these people that wanna throw shade on other regiment's "Leading capabilities" were apart of the regiment's that say "Let's reform for 3 months, and get all the best players to come join us. Then we beat everyone, and we quit." Also, judging someone's regiment especially the leading. When you've never lead a regiment before, makes 0 sense.
