Actually there is 2 leagues so, technically 2 winners.
But yeah, for the 1st League maybe the 4e will win again, but some regiments got their chances too like the Nr.6 who grew up and became really strong, or the 5e which, I bet want his revenge on the 4e

I was planning on having 8 regiments per league, like it was last year. That would make a 7-week competition, which sounds really good.
However I will see, depending on how many signups we get, the amount of regiments per league might increase to 9. We'll see all of that in the next few days.
