This idea is also to support people who work night shift (3rd) and cannot attend events at night in NA. May the NA's run rampant in EU.

I worked night shift and i was able to attend EU events all the time, however i never made it to NA events. Also AU events are a much worse ping then EU. I attend 84e's Oceania events pretty frequently.
