Mercenary Regiments/Brigades

This topic is in progress and has been rushed because i am quite busy so i will edit it later. Also the stage of my thinking are in what some of you might called an Alpha stage and before one of these is formed must take much more thinking and preparation!
Mercenary Regiments
Hey guy's ever needed a mercenary or do you want to play Napoleonic war line battle but not have the stress of having to obey every strict order from your Colonel or your out. Well think about this, Imagine if there was regiment that would get called on just to join an lb as a line to fill in the numbers or be mercenary's for another regiment short on men that day.

Regiments that didn't search for line battles people that just went to them the day before or even on the day just for men to help out. These people would be trained in every class.

If you have any ideas put them here or if you even wanted to make one of these regiments contact me and i may help you start it up and advertise it and do ranks for you.

Yeah you would be but they would be allowed to leave the regiment if they wanted

Yes I am very confused suh.. Why would Mercs have a Reg since the purpose of Mercing is going to other regiments.. There was a steam group once that allowed regimental Commanders to get Mercs which was useful for a bit. But a Reg for Mercs.. I'm sorry but wtf

There is already a steam group for this where anyone can post if they need players. And you would still have to obey orders or else it would just be like a public server then wouldnt it? People running about, firing out of line, reloading in charge, standing in loose formation, crouching etc.

Yeah its a thing called free will and i don't know about you guy's but a game doesn't dictate my life.

I think it would just be better if regiments used groups like this a bit more and in a better way:
